Hey, I’m Logan Throop—my passion is telling stories across digital and artistic mediums. While my main focus right now is digital media, particularly videography and photography, my creative interests reach far beyond the lens.
Whether I’m drawing, making music, coding, or writing, I’m driven by a love for expression and experimentation. I create not just to be understood, but to explore perspectives—even if the meaning isn’t immediately clear to others.
Coding
Most of my coding experience comes from block-based programming and HTML/CSS. One of my favorite projects—a playable game—is featured right here on this website. While it started as a school assignment, it was also inspired by a simpler version I had previously made on my own. That early version was rough and unpolished, but it motivated me to build something better.
The final result is a much more refined and complete game. One of the biggest challenges I faced was creating a working dialogue system. It took a lot of trial and error, but I eventually developed a solution that was both stable and functional.
In addition to that, I’ve built a website entirely from scratch using HTML and CSS. Unlike the game, this project required a more structured and less experimental approach—something I found even more challenging in its own way. But it taught me how to make things look clean and functional without over complicating the code.
